Breathe Deeply - Inhale deeply through your nose.
Pull the air all the way down, deep into the lungs.
Hold the breath for a count of six and exhale slowly through the mouth to the count of six.
Do this for several minutes. Be careful not to hyperventilate.
If dizzy or light-headedness occur, begin breathing naturally. Along with deep, diaphragmatic breathing (breathing through your nose, making your stomach, versus your chest, rise and fall).
You could try this with some relaxing music playing softly in the background.
